Bruce Beasley

With a career spanning two hundred exhibitions and six decades of critical recognition, sculptor and social activist Bruce Beasley's work has been exhibited and collected by leading international institutions, including the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum; Smithsonian American Art Museum; Los Angeles County Museum of Art; and the Musée National d’Art Moderne in Paris, France.

Marlena Doktorczyk-Donohue

In addition to her directorial role at the Bruce Beasley Foundation, Marlena Donohue is the Head of Art History and a Full Professor of Modern & Contemporary Art History at Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles, CA. As an internationally respected curator, her credits include exhibitions installed at Grounds for Sculpture, New Jersey; Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery; Edward Cella Art + Architecture, and ARA Arts Center, Seoul, Korea.

Managing Curatorial & Research Associate

Taryn Nicoll

Visual artist and arts administrator Taryn Nicoll specializes in art education, curatorial practice and public program development. Taryn was previously the Chief Curator of the Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery, and her curatorial credits include exhibitions at Johns Hopkins Welch Medical Library, New Orleans Pharmacy Museum and the Shaw Center for the Arts. She has been on faculty at Nova Southeastern University and Louisiana State University.
